Greenford Broadway by-election

Maureen Crosby wins Greenford Broadway by-election

Maureen Crosby won the Greenford Broadway by-election after a tense recount at Olympia.  The by-election was counted on the same day as the Mayor and GLA ballots but the excitement was to be found at the Greenford count.  Maureen won by 20 votes, which was a swing of around 1% since 2006 but a massive 10% swing since 2004.
